GMDC 2026 Dues (Renewal only)

This form is for existing members to renew their annual membership. IT IS NOT A MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION. Online renewal includes a $1 credit card fee to cover processing charges. If you prefer to mail a check, it should be made out to Green Mountain Dog Club and mailed to Treasurer Patty Richards, 554 Pleasant Valley Road, Underhill, VT 05489. Dues must be received by January 1, 2026.
