Summer classes and handling practice

I understand that attendance at a Dog Sport activity is not without risk to myself, members of my family or guests who may attend, or to my dog, because some of the dogs to which I (we) will be exposed may be the cause of injury even when handled with the greatest of care. I certify that my dog is wormed and vaccinated, under control in public situations, and is in physical condition to undertake this activity.

Additionally, I understand that sports activities with dogs have an inherent risk of injury. ln consideration of, and as an inducement to, the acceptance of my registration for Green Mountain Dog Club classes or activities, l agree to indemnify and hold harmless, and hereby waive and release Green Mountain Dog Club (GMDC), and its volunteers, instructors, assistants, helpers, or agents, from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I, my family or guests, or my dogs may suffer or cause, including specifically, but without limitation to, any injury or damage resulting from the action of
any dog including my own, or any injury or damage resulting from defects or conditions at the event site, and I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury while attending any function(s) of the Green Mountain Dog Club, or any place where GMDC activities are conducted.

I understand that aggressive or out of control dogs will be asked to leave. Rude, aggressive or unsportsmanlike conduct on the part of any participant will not be tolerated and is grounds for being asked to leave, and being banned from future GMDC events and activities. I further agree to comply with all public health protocols in place as of the date of this event.
